Hearts full of dots - part 2

Why don't you pick a heart card? It could make someone's day - yay! Some other colours can be found here: part 1. Hearty hugs!

Hearts full of dots

Here's a heart, or actually many of them (look below for different dots and different shades of colour). While they are far from perfect and have some imperfections, I'm still quite happy about the result. What do you think? :) Why dot you take one?

I'm entering this card into: CFC99 at Cas-ual Fridays. Yay fun! I'm also entering Challenge 5 - Spots or Stripes.

Marshmallow madness

Here's a quick birthday-card that I made the other day.  I actually used a napkin holder as a schablone for the template.

If you want this template for your card, click on the image below and save. :) It would make me exceptionally happy if you did.

Older but not youthless

For this card, I used the following materials:

Coffee and wine

First I intended to name this blog post "coffee and paste" as a pun (reference to "copy and paste") but realized it was a bit too far-fetched... Anyway, this card is how I would like to espresso myself at this time. As you can see, there are lots of messages at the same time. That means my brain is a bit chaotic, so please don't make a moccary out of my attempt to make sense out of it (it = the chaos in my brain). I haven't been posting for a while. Better latte than never, right?

This is the first time I have painted with coffee. I love the antique/vintage look to it. If you would like to try it, here's an awesome tutorial. Maybe you could make some coffee cards for friends/family who are addicted to coffee? Or maybe you would rather drink your coffee...

As I was going painting-crazy with this drinkable medium, I decided to experiment with another drinkable medium as well: wine. I painted the girl's dress with some red wine. I thought it was fun to try to some unusual mediums. That doesn't mean I'm one of those weirdos who will experiment painting with my own blood (I'm weird, but come on - I'm not that weird).

For this card, I used the following materials:
Stamp: Simply Gorjuss - The Pretend Friend
Paint: Red wine, coffee, red and brown acrylic paint
Papers and stickers: 24 sheets multipurpose vintage paper deco stickers set
Text images: from various newspapers

Ps. If you like coffee, here's a coffee background for you. :)
